I have made yoghurt before, it was fairly easy and tasted good too I keep looking at the little cheese kits that HB shops sell and thinking about it hey, I would love to make some Brie or something similar.
Also want to make some Kransky, just need to find somewhere to buy the sausage casings.

I think I just might. I could make savoury yoghurt to use with dips/curries that sort of jazz.

Really? Any links to these kits? I've always told you and others that starting off with kit beer is a better introduction than jumping into whole grain - maybe I should take my own advice here?
