Nik,

Curiously, would you know how to paint a camo pattern, like the army trucks e.t.c.

I'm expecting answers like "just paint random blotches of paint you dickhead" from the gt smart asses ;)

Approach it the same way you would a vinyl sticker application, base colour, then get lighter from there as you get smaller. I've done a few camo pieces, and I used to think about cows as I did it.

Is this to go on a car? If so, make up an outline, apply it to a clear sheet and project the pattern onto the car. The good thing about camo is you don't have to be super anal about pattern tessellation across the space.

Depending on the size of the area, you could always cut some shapes out of craft paper and lay them over, building from the bottom. The trickiest part to camo is where the pattern overlays more than once so you need two colours for the same blob;

Cheers Nik, it's a paint scheme that's always been in the back of my mind for the moke! Seems pretty hard to do for someone like me! Id have to practice it alot!

Interesting to know the process behind it though!

I would advise going the wrap option.

I don't understand why the next minute videos are supposedly funny.

Morning carnts.

Alex, those memes absolutely crack me up.

Just got to work - better drink my own piss.

I put up with people from amnesty, red cross and now the cancer council almost daily hounding me!! Throw in the greens, green peace, unhcr, save the forking children and I've well and truly hit my limit for the number of fuckstains wanting me to sign something or give money. Seriously cubts,  :fork: right off.

Remember when painting cam that it should be irregular and the same pattern not repeated.
Idea of cam is to break up any straight defined lines of a man made object to make it look more natural.
