You're building in Newtown Vasse aren't you Nik? House and land package wouldn't been the way to go for renting out.
If you do decide to live there do you really want your kitchen to have the same look as the cafe? Wouldn't that just feel like living back at work?
Sig worthy.

Today's forecast temperature of 18 degrees is seven below the average for this time of year. The additional chill brought by projected 30-40km/h winds will make the city feel like 11 degrees, Mr Fisher said.
It's shaping up to be the coldest start to summer in more than 50 years.
If forecasts prove accurate - and Sydney stays below 23 degrees until Wednesday - it will be the coldest first week of summer since 1960. It's already the coldest in 44 years, Josh Fisher, a senior meteorologist at Weatherzone, said.

The floor for the living areas I do, I love Marri. Greatest wood ever I reckon, and it's from WA - so I love it more.
I see what you're saying, but truth is I chose the floor and the stone for the cafe... so it is actually what I like. You might remember M+D were in Italy at the time of renno's, so it was up to me to pick materials and so forth.
If I decide to live there, I'll be putting some semi-commercial equipment in there. I would
'ing LOVE to have the cafe kitchen in my house!

I also used to rock the complete wet side-shirt by 10am because of the lack of antiperspirant

has no anti-perspirant what-so-ever.
That's my biggest gripe with it.
I don't enjoy the smell, but I guess it's not aimed at me. Most ******* I have known prefer my clean man scent to some dirty water perfumery stuff.
Nivea + Rexona have the best anti-p as far as I've known.
But everyone is different, my old man ONLY uses roll-on - where I think roll-on forkin' sucks.
Also, glad you're feeling better Bretto.

I'd say that answers my question
Went up there with four 4WDs. Was flipping windy though!
