What was on tap at Clancy's Nik?

SO MUCH HOMO.

Seriously. Nothing interesting. I was drinking Torpedo from bottle.

If I want to drink Eagle Bay/Cowaramup/Bootleg - I'll Posted Image'ing go there and buy it cheaper. Dumb forks. I believe it was imposed on them as a licencing condition. Sucks. But I s'pose they are looking at tourist trade, rather than locals....

.........

Movie night was a good idea - it was their first one and the joint was so packed that cars were parked on the other side of Caves Rd (that'll get them into some trouble straight off the bat). One thing they severely underestimated is the time at which an outdoor screen becomes usable due to light in January! We left after 8 and the 'family' movie (Wild Things?) hadn't even started yet. OK during holidays I s'pose... but people were shifting their weight all over the place.

Liked it though. Steak was nice - ours is better. Squid was nice - ours is better. Fish and chips weren't much chop, if you call yourself a fish pub, you're 'special' fish and chips should blow me out of my chair.

Real talk.

I just tell Rach the cat pooped and she cleans it!

Throw in the greens, green peace, unhcr, save the forking children and I've well and truly hit my limit for the number of fuckstains wanting me to sign something or give money. Depending on what ANZ say tomorrow, we might be chit chatting Shazbert.

I already have my loan with ANZ (for the block) - just wondering the best way of making the extension to pay for the hoooze.

I feel like just going with ANZ still is the easiest option... but at the same time, we're not talking pennies.

So maybe they sort of expect someone like me to just go "fuckithard" and stick with them... without actually shopping around.

I think the whole point of them having those on tap is to showcase local craft beer in the one spot. I think its a good idea. We should try get some of our beer on tap down there. we've had stuff at Clancy's before.

Sig worthy.

See Brett, you like the idea, and you're the market. So it's cool. But for me, I was very excited to know a Clancy's was coming to town - I was looking forward to at the very least having Hop Hog on tap.

Disappointed in the tap selection, and the fact that every single beer in bottle is available at Posted Image'ing Dan Murphy's.

Weren't cheap neeevvaaaa.

I want a home loan now. :( Would love to buy a house back up home and rent it out.

It's funny, after a while you don't even remember you have one. I haven't even adjusted my repayments down on the rate cuts....

Nik, if you want a letter on an official NAB letterhead, that says I can offer you X rate, to give to ANZ and make them match it, let me know.

Also, increase repayments as much as you can, as often as you can.

You are an exceptional man.

I pay aboot $52 more than what is asked of me. I was under the impression that there are penalties for paying off a loan 'too quickly'. When I was younger I had a lot of cash, but I couldn't bank it - so I took out a loan to buy the Forester, then I paid off the 15K in about three months - and they penalised me (and called the cops - arseholes),

Negatory.

You should be able to pay as much as you want off.

Worst case scenario, leave $1 owing in your home loan account, for the remaining loan term. The bank will hate it, and end up just closing it, as it is too much admin, for 6c a year profit.
