Go look at the retail prices for all the components. (try pccasegear.com) and then talk. I dont have shit in the computer, its designed for a purpose and i only used the best quality parts.


E: before anyone asks, "why take so long to sell your computer then", i cant sell MY personal computer at my Workplace. The boss would get pissed off.


EE: and another thing, What everyone doesnt seem to notice, Look at the price of the sound card on its own. I didnt cheap out on shit (i had two 1tb hdd's in it but i need them because they have all my data and shiz on them) i built everything up. I cooled everything with aftermarket performance components for the lowest running temperatures to give it the longest life possible, i got the parts with the longest warranty's, I got the PSU with the best efficiency rating and highest quality on the market, i got the parts that outperform the rest without stabbing myself in the wallet.

Its designed not thrown together.

No offence Ren thats a bit hefty for a computer with those specs... definetly try eBay and offer shipping to get it out of the middle of nowhere.

I work for a computer store, even though I am the web guy. I get my gear from Umart personally. You could build a new rig quicker than that for $2200, even if its not from the best parts. Those don't look like the best parts to me though But personally my PC's tech is about 5 years old now haha. Just remember that PC's lose value quicker than any technology on this planet, which is why I wouldn't spend more than around $1k rebuilding my tower.
