Downloaded a mad app last night to track income and expenses.
Allows you to enter an opening balance (others I've tried doesn't allow this) and you can customise everything including catagories, add as many accounts as you want, swap cash between accounts, etc.
Gunna get ma maaaad savings on, brahhhh

I put up with people from amnesty, red cross and now the cancer council almost daily hounding me!! Throw in the greens, green peace, unhcr, save the forking children and I've well and truly hit my limit for the number of fuckstains wanting me to sign something or give money. Seriously cubts,right off.

Not property sales... Rentals.
Only ~2 places have sold in town this year. Last year was ~20. thats from every real estate not just mine.
