“It’s impossible to find out beyond any doubt what the rules are,” she said.

“A small business cannot ring up the Government and find out exactly what award they should be paying their staff on. The Government will give you an indication but it’s nothing more than an indication, it’s not legally binding.”

Ms Collier said it was “impossible” for an employer to check that they were meeting award wage requirements.

“There’s no lodgement or checking service by the Government on these [Individual Flexibility Agreements],” she said

“It’s quite confusing and if you get it wrong not one checks it and tells you it’s fine. You might be prosecuted six years later because you ripped the employee off unknowingly.”

We got told three different 'indications' for one staff member position, by making three different phone calls.

Shit is all Posted Image'ed up.

A staff member can walk on a job over one single accusation, made by said staff member, about work conditions.

I cannot fire a staff member until multiple written warnings and an offer of mediation.

Seriously. Get Posted Image'ed.

What a Posted Image'ing joke! Re. the not being able to find out the correct award etc.

How about Casual staff.. can you just not give them the desired amount of hours and basically make them leave through necessity?

I've been grinding my **** against a cheese grater for nearly a month now to get rid of someone. I have the exact date that I can make them walk on my calendar - meanwhile, LITERALLY, they just smashed another few glasses, broke ANOTHER vacuum cleaner (I'm not making this shit up) and went out of his or her way to break the chain of command, clearly outlined, and ordered something that we do not need - $314 worth.

This has all happened in the last hour.

But I need to somehow move the flue back but leave the fireplace in the same spot! Which means i need some 30 degree angles e.t.c.
