We generally use DAP to aid ferment, by the way. Pretty much would say it's a nutrient? Not sure.

I assumed the precipitation and oxygen completely off of what I use DAP for.


Yeast fodder?

No, I don't really understand. I know that it's there as something to do with a more balanced metabolic fermentation.

But on a full on molecular level? I'm swinging in the wind, sorry.

yeast likes lowish pH. Calcium phosphate is added to mash(or kettle for that matter) to drop pH.
