Yup brewken.

To fix it you will need a pair of jeans (blue) and a forklift licence (must be valid).

If I told you I was a compulsive liar, would you believe me?

Broken pinion.

As its a salsbury type it has to have the guts stripped out of the housing and both the crownwheel and pinion gears replaced.

Or,

Replace the entire housing with a secondhand one.

Might pay to work out what ratio it is if getting a secondhand one but these could be a bit thin on the ground.
The ratio would have been stamped on the slinger (the disc that was between the broken bit and the housing) but it look like that fell off!
It will also be stamped on the crownwheel. You will see it if you remove the rear cover.

If I told you I was a compulsive liar, would you believe me?

Had a ride in a Magna Sport today. they feel really nice, well planted on the road and plenty of torque, idle you way up through the gears. Stick it in 5th at 20klmh and put the foot down, it just pulls to 60 and on.

I like.

Its a pretty flawed way to make it really, when the coil pack goes you have to replace the lot, not just the pack but all the leads... Just my personal opinion, just doesn't make sense.
Unless you can purchase singular ones?

You really don't know what you are talking about do you? :P All good.

Thankyou very much, Jason!

That's a pretty solid effort from the leiderhosen wearing Fritz. 10 steins in each hand is Posted Image'ing heavy. I was only managing one last night.

Sig worthy.

That's right, how did it go last night?

It's bucketing down right now, can barely hear my classical music.

Didn't know grand master J did classical.

It was pretty good actually. It was one of the girls that works in the office and a bunch of her mates. They were a pretty cool bunch if people. I adopted some of The Groves techniques to get me through. Had a laugh with it. There was one guy who wasn't a beer drinker. Man did I give him some shit. Told him to go wait out in the rain till we were done, first up. He didn't listen. Silly man.

Sig worthy.
