I have both of those, on your recommendation, so why can I not open programs, click and drag from a folder to an open program (have to use OPEN from the FILE drop down - 'ing awesome when you need 30+ Excel sheets open at once), computer hangs because it cannot play the 'explorerlogoffsound' so I have to sit and make sure it actually does shut down, otherwise when it turns back on I have no noise.

I need a pen and pad, with a calculator I reckon.
