I reckon they are going to drop the Toyota motor (1JZ?) from that halfcut they got in Japan into it, to create a drift pig. So Marty can experience skids while "growing to like dirty Nissans" on the show.

I put up with people from amnesty, red cross and now the cancer council almost daily hounding me!! Throw in the greens, green peace, unhcr, save the forking children and I've well and truly hit my limit for the number of fuckstains wanting me to sign something or give money. Seriously cubts,  :fork: right off.

the idea of "reasonable expectation of extra hours" is bullshit when you are on salary.. it just one way of saying "we are under-resourced so we will make the employees work extra for free to cover it" If someone is happy to do the hours for free on their terms than good luck to them, they sound like a good loyal employee.. but when employers demand it, I think that crosses the line.

If i was asked to work extra hours for free, I would respond by letting them know that they can go Posted Image themselves with a cactus.

Not all of us have this luxury Shazraanger.

I have "reasonable expectation of extra hours" built into my work contract, anywhere between 7am-7pm can be requested and you must be expected to do it without argument (or a valid excuse). Not that it often happens, but they can ask.

Also 24x7 on call makes it hard to really "switch off" from work.
