If it's in a small sealed box now, putting the same sub in a well designed ported box really increases its potential.
If memory serves me correctly, this design is meant to be one of the ultimate, you need a lot of boot space though.

Its used with 3 month warranty. Would need a good service history on it for that price... (Including already replaced head gasket)Definitely find out, don't wanna buy another blown head gasket/blow another head gasket!

It would cost you a tenth of what a new motor is worth mate.
I put up with people from amnesty, red cross and now the cancer council almost daily hounding me!! Throw in the greens, green peace, unhcr, save the forking children and I've well and truly hit my limit for the number of fuckstains wanting me to sign something or give money. Seriously cubts,right off.

Also im renting and an engine sitting in bits on the back veranda isnt something the landlord would like. And the only form of workbench that i have is a pool table.

You even have another car already mate. Just fix it slowly. Bit by bit. Buy a workshop manual. Buy some tools. Get a torque wrench.
It really isn't rocket science mate.
