This.
Makes life so much simpler. Besides, if the wood is split and under cover it seasons faster. I find if the wood isnt fully seasoned and completely dry, it tends to crud up the fire faster.
If I told you I was a compulsive liar, would you believe me?

It's hard to get dad to help, because he is so busy with work. But I'm ok with the chainsaw now, the thing always scared me. So I can take Rach and get my chop on.
Just opened my green slip renewal. $700 WTF! Thought it was meant to get cheaper as you got older.
10 days off being 25 too. So I got the under 25 charge. Cunce. Might call em up.

My Aussie woman > *This Serbian wedding is epic. So much food, loud people, beer and smoking hotties. I've said it before and I'll say it again, European women are so much better then Aussie women.
She's surprised me over the weekend with a hotel stay in the City, a bridge climb, dinner at a sweet restaurant, and helped conspire to a surprise visit from one of my favourite out of towners.

NEVER use the chainsaw on your own.
About three years ago we had a storm much like the one we're enduring right now. Many a tree down. In a small break in the weather I thought I'd go and assess the damage, as you do, gawk at something you have no control over.
To my surprise the sound of a chainsaw was muffling through the wind. I walked towards, expecting to find one of my pumps singing off it's tits.
But no.
It was my favourite staff member.
On the back of the ute.
On a yellow picking crate.
Holding a chainsaw above his head to cut a branch.
In the rain.
I couldn't exactly yell out to him... that image still concerns me today.
