I put up with people from amnesty, red cross and now the cancer council almost daily hounding me!! Throw in the greens, green peace, unhcr, save the forking children and I've well and truly hit my limit for the number of fuckstains wanting me to sign something or give money. Seriously cubts,  :fork: right off.

Morgan, I hear what you are saying, but in their case having the money in the bank would be significantly more beneficial than putting it into a superfund.
I understand you can Self manage the fund (As I do) but this still gives you a limited exposure to the share market (ASX200 companies only, which are mostly low risk and low to mid yield companies) and a few other things but they regulate the way allocate that money to attempt to minimise risk etc.. My parents running a business already have enough on their plate running a business, they wouldn't have the time to be watching what their super is doing at all times to avoid losing money.

We have all seen what happens to a majority of manged funds over the past 5-10 years.. If they had put say $20K in the bank 10 years ago and 20K into a managed super fund at the same time, I would be relatively confident in saying that the gains had by the money in the bank would be more than the superfund, which more than likely made a loss.

Missus said she saw a burgundy red forestor this morning with a SC sticker on the back going along Roseville bridge. Anyone from here? She said it was a curly haired lady driving.
