Been getting these for years, holding my nose doesn't help, it just runs down my throat. Jam a tissue up there and let it absorb it then it drys out. So far its the most effective way i have found to stop the bleeding.
Ren, if you are going to get blood on peoples stuff/food etc you would be required to cover it up, if it is a nosebleed than you need to step away and get your shit under control before you start back, don't want to be dripping blood all over some ones things etc.
So tell the boss to shove it when he says "get back to work its just a nose bleed"
