I asked for a $10K payrise this year... got told today I will get $7K..... Not sure if happy I got a bit of extra cash or pissed that I didn't get what I asked for.......

if you're pissed I'd have to call you an ungrateful kent. $7K pay rise is pretty decent mate. Fark if you're on $70K thats a 10% pay rise. Consider it being paid $7K more for being on SC.
