I put up with people from amnesty, red cross and now the cancer council almost daily hounding me!! Throw in the greens, green peace, unhcr, save the forking children and I've well and truly hit my limit for the number of fuckstains wanting me to sign something or give money. Seriously cubts,right off.

Nik - if you haven't already might be a good idea to shift the bourbon mash into the lab. Especially while the lads are still there to give you a hand. I haven't labelled them either, but they are all pitched.

While the mud run wasn't mdsc. I had the time of my life!
Buuuuutttt Today it feels like ive been punched in both arms, they are dead!
I've never been so physically and mentally challenged. I had to pshyce myself up for the last bit of running through a "tunnel" of electric wires pulsing with an electric fence energiser!

I was the only one in my group who completed all the challenges! 
Adam hurt his ankle though, so he still did pretty well to complete the 20ks!

I got bashed by a dainty bird and a 6 year old. My pride isn't exactly flying right now.
