Morgan was out in our storage yard and looked down south and could see that fire on the central coast from up here at Toronto! looking pretty bad!!


Yeah sounds/smells pretty big!

We can't get onto our family down there so hopefully they're ok and have been evacuated or something

I put up with people from amnesty, red cross and now the cancer council almost daily hounding me!! Throw in the greens, green peace, unhcr, save the forking children and I've well and truly hit my limit for the number of fuckstains wanting me to sign something or give money. Seriously cubts,  :fork: right off.

I hate that. Getting up earlier on the sunday to go to sydney anyway but now 1 hour less sleep :(

Mum got onto my Aunty. They're clearing as much as possible around the house. Half the street has been evacuated (not their half - but it's not a huge street!)

RSL club is under threat. They might come and stay with us for a few days.

I'm sure they do! It's still a gut wrenching thought to have your house under threat from a bush fire.

The thought of losing home from a bush fire has never bothered me for some reason. And we been through it a few time. Maybe because I wasn't a home owner? Dunno.

37 for me!

Bush fires raging at Pretty Beach. The radio keeps mentioning Highview St - I have family that live in that street which is a bit scary.

Southerly has just blown over which has basically covered the Coast in smoke! It all happened in about 10 mins. Weird!

apparently everyone living around wagstaffe, pretty beach has been sent messages to evacuate. all i can hear is helicopters going over my house
