Gonna smash some Rosemary, Thyme and garlic on it.

Marinate in honey/mustard/mint

Fry, Then Roast.

Serve with some sort of potato. And steamed veg

That was luck, I nuked them first, then They cooled while the oven heated up... for about 20mins.

Then just chucked em on the tray with the lamb, and drizzled some olive oil over em. Cooked for about 25 mins

Lamb needed a fair bit of the fat trimmed off it asewell lol didnt know that

Ugh so everyone missed the point then.

My point was not to pre judge things.

I think it's been fairly well established ( and to be honest , beaten to 'ing death IMO) that Adam doesn't pay over the odds for stuff ( and good on him, he's a smart lad), so to see him chose not to try something because it was cheap, was confusing to me. The beer part was simply because of the topic.

I don't really care if Adam likes beer or not, or if he likes to drink beers that I personally find boring. It's horses for courses. I do like the fact that's he is expanding his tastes though.

I'm with Richo, I accept that I am a beer snob. But That's mainly because through work and study I understand the technical aspects of crafting beer, as well as beer styles and creation of beers. I'm passionate about it, the same way as a lot of you lads are passionate about your cars and being able to work on them, understand them, and make of them as you will.



In other news, I spent the day at antenatal classes, with Vicky, refreshing us on what birth is all about. Only about 5 weeks to go.

@Adam yeah mate you cleared that up earlier.

I still get sleepless nights with the first one, so yeah may as well be tending to two.
Having said that Vicky is having 12 months off work. I actually have a proper job this time round, rather than my own business where I could do what hours I wanted. So I've made it clear that I will be employing ear plugs, and getting my 8 hours. Also I work in an environment now that doesn't do well with sleep deprivation. It's too dangerous a place to work when youre sleep deprived.
However I will step up if required to do so.
