Have to pick up my sister and her mates from a wedding at 12.

They audibly laughed when I said I'm usually in bed at 8.

Which, frankly, I think is rude. Also, the sacrifice of my 'time' over the gesture came up quite a bit, what they failed to realise is that the biggest inconvenience is that fact that I can't have a couple of beers.
