Heaps done today. House looking nice. Little while into my new eating program, sleep is getting better. This week I step it up to three days a week. One day at a time ay? Blood test update next week.

I have to go for a blood test one day, but I know it will be bad.. cholesterol will be through the roof... was 7 last time... so I should be on medication... but I'm not..
