Getting a loan through HomeStart. It's an SA government run place, it's byf ar the cheapest loan to start-up, has no LMI or anything like that.

Cheers mate. Going through a fairly big builder that do lots of home and land packages. But we've cutomized the build a fair bit.




HAHAHAHAHA JOSH, THAT'S AMAZING.

Thats cool mate... watch how long it takes... and watch the extra costs...

Lots of friends and built houses and ALL of them took longer than they initial estimate, due to weather, council permits, legal stuff and just stuff... and the costs kept increasing too, so try to get a fixed cost from the builder if possible...

I was lucky enough to buy my house when it was brand new, just built, and was just what I(more the wife) was looking for...

I put up with people from amnesty, red cross and now the cancer council almost daily hounding me!! Throw in the greens, green peace, unhcr, save the forking children and I've well and truly hit my limit for the number of fuckstains wanting me to sign something or give money. Seriously cubts,  :fork: right off.

This morning Carsales published to the ASX that we had purchased a 19.9% stake in a company called iCar Asia (like carsales but in Malaysia, Thailand and some other countries) they are also listed on the ASX, shares are up 30% since the announcement... man how stupid are insider trading laws :P hahahaha

Interest rates are crazy low, I was looking at my loan statement and I'm repaying something like $229/pw because I've not bothered to drop to the minimum req. Minimum req. is like $170!

I figure Posted Image it. The sooner it's paid off the better.

Ghosts are an issue in the house, I have a few that drop by on the weekends and drink all my beer while I am asleep.

Garry! the dragon is only 20000 years old. She's fully grown though.

She's a JDM spec dragon, her side mirrors even fold in when you lock her.
All B4's come with a dragon egg, but only some B4's are powerful enough to release the dragon.

Yeah man.. they are awesome low now... I'm paying less per fortnight for my $300k loan vs when I had my $250k loan before... nuts... still paying more though, so like you, will have it paid off sooner...
