That looks so epic, was just saying to AMS they have one near Coffs over here each year.. It won't be as big as that but I am going to try and go this year an excuse to stay at the parents for the weekend and eat chilli.

AMS should def try some stuff from The Chilli Factory, they are from Near Morgans house... they had the worlds hottest chilli.
