Im going to try make something edible out of the horrible woolworths sausages I bought (BULK. FML)

Gonna take the "meat" out, mix it with some shit with taste, and then smash it into some puff pastry and pretty much make sausage rolls

Woolies sausages are alright on pizza and in poutine.

Canadian dish. Fries, with gravy and curd cheese. Or... whatever else you want in the gravy/sauce. Similar to what Lord of the Fries serve in Melbourne.

It is pretty good. I make my own with small pieces of crumbed chicken (or cut up schnitzel, depending if I'm being lazy or not haha) and peri peri sauce mixed in to the gravy.

I made sure we went to this place when I was in Montevideo. If you like meat, it could almost be heaven. Its a whole warehouse full of BBQ's.

That looks sensational Nik :) Obviously, the Tomato needs more RIPE. And I would 'dress' the salad leaves so they are 'glossy'....
