I know I'm late to the party but Tesltra's BYO plan is $600 worth of calls, unlimited text, and 1GB of data.

 

Their data plans are rubbish.

 

Another valid point and what's not made my mind up with going to Telstra straight away.


Wanting to buy/looking for: single genuine STi rim, genuine STi front lip, Corazon or Zero/Sports grille and another OEM grille

Can you hook a brother up? Please contact me now. I have cash ready.

Not a fan of the S4. I find it has poor build quality as opposed to iPhones and the new HTC One. Telstra is a plus though.

Yeah Yeah.
Speaker on the HTC is apparently terrible and I had one before and don't like their interface.

So S4 it is .
It's the same size as my S3. Not that bad.

I like to think of it as borrowing someone's car and driving it better than them.

S4 is very nice, I found the S3 more of a poorer build quality, I currently use a RazrHD, but I really want to remove the Telstra bloatware so it can run smoothly.

Its just a better phone, more features, good support, especially on forums, but it is big... a little too big...

States is wicked, Simo. It's 2am now though so I better go to bed now that I've caught up on the GT :P

 

How does Thursday pan out? Anything interesting happen I should be aware of?

 

 

I'm planning to get an Aldi sim card when my current Telstra contract runs out. Same network but with more of everything for less monthly payment and no contract (post paid).

 

Might have to buy another handset though. Have had this iPhone4 for nearly 3 years and it's getting pretty slowwwww

The S4 does have a helluvalota gimmicks on it, but once you get over the excitement of them, it is a great phone

But because I've recently changed jobs, I don't have enough holiday or personal leave accrued to allow me paid time off whilst Vicky is in hospital. Therefore I will be taking the parental leave payment so that I know I'm not going to be up against it financially.


Ive actually forgotten what my point was.  It was pretty early in the morning, and Ive made beer since then.
 
But that is a good point you raise Josh.  Maybe i will just continue to vote for the cluster :fork: labor govt.  They've done alright by me.
 
Also just to add truth to the story.  Ive never been between jobs.  I also didnt take the paternity leave payment, because I didnt need to.  My awesome big conglomerate company paid for me to have time off.  


Can you see how that confused me Brett? Did they just end up offering it to you even though you just started or something? If so that is pretty cool.

Can't decide if I switch to Telstra and get an S4.
Or keep my S3 and go on a cheapy sim-only plan!
