But yes, banging your head against a brick wall at work is infuriating. I try to accommodate good ideas from people as much as I can, funds and time permitting. Some people think that suggestions/comments are just a tactic to slow the whole thing down. It's those people that perpetuate the stereotype of people 'knowing their role' within a company, fuckin' union mentality.
