Hahaha I thought you meant with a proper grinder for a sec. Imagine polishing at 60,000rpm, you'd be back to bare metal in no time.

Yes in my opinion. Its much harder to fuck your paint with an RO, and for 95% of people it will give awesome results.
Im not blowing my own trumpet here, but im willing to bet what i see in paint is different to what most of you guys will see. Purely because ive spent so many years working in that market. I see more in paint than my panel and paint guy. He commented on it when he painted the Forester.

has a wire wheel on it, use it for cleaning shit up Brilliant for it when you don't have a vice haha.. I have already got enough scars from wire wheels on one of Dads workshop grinders.
