Yeah I think they will be okay. As long as the staff nail the stuff on the day it should be fine.

Its a bit more complicated then that. There is about 35-50 control tasks that they assess. You either get an Unsatisfactory, Satisfactory, or Needs Improving. Satisfactory and Needs Improving is fine, but if you get too many unsatisfactory results, they basically call it a day. The main ones are cash security, security devices, and international payments. The big ticket items they test are the ones that post the biggest risk to the bank. 


Do you tell your staff when an audit is coming up?

 

Nope, I don't even get advised. They just surprise you. 


 


I put up with people from amnesty, red cross and now the cancer council almost daily hounding me!! Throw in the greens, green peace, unhcr, save the forking children and I've well and truly hit my limit for the number of fuckstains wanting me to sign something or give money. Seriously cubts,  :fork: right off.
