I avoid Telstra as much as possible too, I don't blame you.

Buying a device outright is always far better than being tied to a service provider for 24 months. I'm never making that mistake again.

Ugh i could ramble on for forking days about this stuff.

Parenting is dead set the hardest forking thing you will ever do in your life. Youll always question if youre doing it right, and the shitty thing is, you have to wait 15 years or so to find out. And by that time its usually too late to change if your kids havent turned out to be the people you wanted them to be.

GT Bretty, GT :D

I have no doubt that it is hard, no doubts whatsoever. Of course we don't know the exact situation, but GT so no care.

There may be some scenarios where that was warranted (albeit there would be very few) however on a serious note, there are a lot of parents who are way to soft on their children and shelter them from pretty much everything and as a result are not setting them up adequately for the real world where failure and unfairness is a part of every day life - once they get out into the real world it can be a massive shock and they struggle to deal with it properly as they have had little to no experience with it.

Sometimes I feel like this as well

As soon as she hands it to you, slowly take of your pants, then, while staring her straight in the eyes rub it against the tip of you penis, while continuing your painfully intense gaze whisper to her;

"My eye is watering, this might be a bit hot"

I should just convert to single, right?

Most of your settings should be saved to your google account though, address book, apps etc....

No?

Yeah... some of the stuff is able to be synched via gmail... but a lot of it is lost forever... going to have to re-root the phone again... and no titanium backup on micro SD, not a recent one anyway, so pointless... Guess I'll just have to take it as a new phone and start from scratch...

I'll still be tied to them anyway, but is it easy enough to just take the sim from my broken nokia and put it in the nexus?

Uni is increasing the price for my carpark from ~$600 p.a to $1100 as of next year. Can someone please tell me this is illegal

They are just recovering funds from the budget cut.

If I told you I was a compulsive liar, would you believe me?

A quick google says the Nokia 9xx series phones and the Nexus 5 phones both take micro sim's, so you should be fine to just do a straight swap.

Last time I had to change SIM sizes it took Optus about 3 minutes to reprogram a new smaller sim with my old number, so that will be worst case deal.

*in store.
