Went to a boot camp yesterday. My first real exercise in 7 years since I hurt my knee in year 11. Sore as 
today, can barely get in and out of the car.
Dont know if i should commit to a weight loss goal and do this boot camp thing more than once a week.
Has anyone had any experience with the boot camps?

I've got a mate that runs bootcamps.
Don't give up on it. Do it 3 times a week and you will start to feel better. Once a week you will just recover and get sore again!!!

Sydney is the worst. Took me 1/2 an hour to get the other end of the M1 then another hour and a quarter to get to Auburn.
Traffic can EAD.
Haven't been shot at yet so that's a plus.

Working out is hectic for sure... the start is always the worst, which is why so many quit, but if you stick with it, the rewards will be great...
