Still haven't had the time to jack the car up. Which isn't a bad thing, as I checked the original wheels, tyres are bald. From memory that size is a pain in the arse and expensive because it's a rare LR? I'm wondering if that was just for the Forester... surely an OBK has a lower load rating than a Foz.

Should be easy peasy to find new rubber and correct load rating. Foz is 94 and thats pretty easy to find these days. Are you going chunky tread or just a road tyre? The Conti's i have at the moment arent too bad.

I think i was nearly that drunk on friday night. Had a moment of clarity after regaining conciousness in the taxi on the way home from the city. Asked him why we were on West coast hwy. apparently i told him to take the scenic route home! Fark.. I thought he was pulling the dodgey, but he mentioned too many things that only i could have said. Like "ill show you where the little pricks egged my car."
Forgot to eat my two bacon deluxe burgers that i must have picked up walking around looking for a taxi. Which was ok, as it was a nice surprise when i finally got home.
