I can't afford to take 2 weeks off work haha! Good idea though!

 

Shut down work isn't for me though. Practically got a family ;)

Do a riggers course Adam. Takes like 2 weeks, cost like $2k and you should make that back in a week on a shutdown job ;)

Because of the radiator Rach can't work for the next few days, so add that to the repair cost!

apparently theres a few shuts that happen around port kembla? and around botany? some people i used to work with take un paid leave from there full time jobs to go to a shutdown, every so often

Surely the local wreckers or someone on gumtree would have a rad?

I'd rather just get a newie when it comes to a rad. Less mucking around and i can pick it up after work.

 

There's a shutdown at the steelworks soon, they are looking for blasters/painters :)

one started at bluescope for 5-6days,  decent money but i wanted a break between shuts.
