Did you mention to them that we paid the EXACT amount that they have advised us to pay? I literally paid them the figure they asked for.
I did mention that, yes. They "think" (only because nobody could give me a definitive answer) the outstanding amount was for insurance, hence the refund because it wasn't actually money from the mortgage itself.
I'll only have paid out $300 over the mortgage, if that's what it takes to zero the account and close the fucking thing i'm ok with that...I just want it closed.
Ugh i could ramble on for forking days about this stuff.

Now there is a fuck I haven't given in a long time.
I put up with people from amnesty, red cross and now the cancer council almost daily hounding me!! Throw in the greens, green peace, unhcr, save the forking children and I've well and truly hit my limit for the number of fuckstains wanting me to sign something or give money. Seriously cubts,right off.
