Would it matter if it was Tim from here?

Kind of, Tim from here is a top bloke, and I don't want to piss off good contributors to SubyClub.

But I have to say, Australia Day brings out the retards when it comes to beer.

What are your thoughts on buttermilk? I really want a southern american feel to my red slaw

I really haven't played around with buttermilk at all, ever...so can't really comment.  It's kind of acidic yeah? would probably work really well, although I don't like wet 'slaw' personally. Lots of crunch with just enough moisture to bind is how I roll.

Yeah mang, I need the crunch because it's for the pizzas. I haven't fucked with buttermilk either, but my understanding is sour/acidic yes. I am wondering if I can do a slight ferment and get a tingle from it. Anyway. Will report back, and yeah, fuck measurements.

You can make a buttermilk substitute by basically adding lemon juice to milk. so yeah I'd say acidic!

I would like to try that slaw, I'm not a huge fan of it but yours looks gooooooood!

+Juan.

If this deburring doesn't work, then I'm going to paint my chromies black and sell the wheels off

I DON'T UNDERSTAND THE PROBLEM, what has come away from what?

The wheel isn't sitting up against the hub causing it to be danger.

Adam (don't tell Nik) I had no idea red-slaw was even a 'thing' until I saw it on a burger menu someone posted on here a while ago. I just subbed in red cabbage and added beetroots to my normal slaw.  Tasty as fork, that's for sure.

Finishing and serving the Ramen for my folks tonight, so no more pork rolls today, but sure as shit I'll be eating the rest of my coleslaw.

No BEETS NIK?

Greenhouse is good...cheap way to may a simple one is to buy some long lengths of electrical conduit (4m each) and 4 decent steel spikes. Bang spikes into ground, place conduit over and bend into a semi circle to fit over the opposite stake, repeat, then drape the whole thing with poly and secure with cable ties. Some additional structural support can easily be retrofitted if req'd :)
