Thanks. It's to become a Special Constable. To those that don't know what they are, here is a description from the position overview:

 

To provide security services to assist in ensuring a safe and secure work environment for personnel, property and information at selected NSW Police Force and external agency establishments/buildings.

 

It's basically a NSW Police Force employed armed security guard.
