I would say Potatoes.
Looks pretty straight forward, bits of onion and bacon smashed in the slits then covered in maybe mozzarella and backed.

Day is going well. I'm a bit bored at the moment though and I'm super hungry.
Two things have popped up which may prevent me from staying the night at HVC as well, although I am definitely staying late. I am gonna to try and work around them.

It didn't look at all difficult to get it together to be honest. The most difficult part would be finding the pieces to make it all work.

Had a brain bender.
I've got an empty 4L oil can. Gonna cut a lid into the top, put a grill in it, and then chips on the bottom, then I'll put it over the BBQ and smoke away!

Oh yeah, will do a dry run.
Wish I could just use te webber but it's really fatty inside, so would probably transfer to the chillis. I might still use it as a heat source
