Where abouts in Currarong? We were down there for the June long weekend with a group of friends. Nice spot.
I don't know, just a house in Currarong. I normally camp at Geroa but thought I'd get a beach house this time around.
Population disagrees with war manoeuvres
Upgrade terror alert
Still not stressing
OK. Let's arrest a few and see if that scares everyone enough.
Hmmm.....
Interesting view point.
The media have been quite melodramatic about it. At the root of it all, it could have been a well planned, almost imminent attack, or more likely, a bunch of knobs who thought they were fighting a Holy War against Gold Coast posers/Sydney hipsters.
Terrorism is a funny game, because the more you acknowledge and fear it, the more power it has, I just punch people with backpacks on buses, just to be safe.

Fits a bit too neatly.
It was a 'planned random attack'
OK
So now CONVENIENTLY, it could be YOU

Sounds ok, but I hate weight loss 'omg look at me, I did so much, I turned my life around' stories. I don't think it takes a courageous person to lose weight, I think it takes a better person to stay fit their entire lives, and not be shit. Peer pressure makes people lose weight, so are they weaker or stronger for conforming to social norms?

I doubt it was any where past the early stages, and I doubt any of them had the balls to do it.
That's my mentality to this shit, not going to let some wankers abuse a religion to justify being anti-social wankers to try and make me feel unsafe.
Drunks in Kings Cross have done more 'terrorism' than these jokers.

You are fully aware that the book has nothing to with dieting?

Yeah but he mentions his weight loss, and I'm really over weight loss stories at the moment being a part of someone's 'journey'. Sorry Nik, I'm in an opinionated, grumpy mood this morning.
Maybe he should put some dieting tips in their, like "ICE and Cordial; Breakfast of Champions"
