Getting a tooth removed, but i'll also get a filling and hopefully a clean.

 

Never liked going to the dentist, even just for a clean, and now I need this also.

I have had a couple of fillings and they weren't to bad. Only time I have had teeth removed was under a general anesthetic so no idea what it would be like with a local.

 

I really don't like going either but sometimes you just have to grin and bare it. Pun intended.

I'm just not sure what to expect.

I think it's the initial financial costs before I get to claim it back is the real worry. Not sure what this is going to cost, and I may not have enough :(

You'll be right Ash. 

 

I had two done under a local 12-months ago and pretty much didn't feel a thing. It just feels awkward is all. And it may get sore a couple hours after but nothing too bad. 

 

Have some ice packs handy and buy yourself a soup or something.

I've been lucky, never had any work done to my teeth lol. Just had them cleaned from time to time. A bit like my car..

 

But I can see my wisdom teeth going bad at some point. I have them all still, they don't give me trouble so far though.

? They can't just claim through HICAPS when you're there?

 

I just hand over Credit card and Insurance card when at Dentist and they slash my prices then.

 

But I also got a quote as well.
