Highlights;
NYC pizza IS the best, just don't go for the $1 slices because you get what you pay for.

Ribs

Burger with pulled pork + bbq sauce (because one meat on a burger isn't enough)

Brisket and pulled pork (because one meat on a plate isn't enough)

Crispy onion burger with bacon and some tasty hot sauce.
Ugh i could ramble on for forking days about this stuff.

I'm just gonna be honest. Those chips look bad. You wouldn't think deep frying some potate would be so difficult.
So far I have been disappointed by the chip quality on my two international adventures.

Looks can be deceiving my friend, those chips were delicious. Not powdery and gross like the wedges that every australian pub seems to serve

Yeah man solo this year. I've had enough of racheal, 24/7 x 2 weeks is enough for me.

Yeah it looks great. Tbh my gut is churning over looking at it though. I can't have a big dose of fatty food. Gall bladder removed. I'd still do it though, then pay for it later. ![]()

Pretty much the mentality we went to the US with. Enjoy it then deal with it later (now).
Even Antigua was damn good food. Caribbean / West Indies / Jamacian food...lots of fish (Wahu, Mahi Mahi etc), some wicked curries....just yum.

A girl I work with is half american. She went over to live there with her father for a bit in high school, left a fit girl (she's insane, plays gridiron). Came back a total fatty. Her mother didn't recognise her at the airport. Haha.

Ha. Totally makes sense though, there is heaps of fresh food around (fruit and veg markets everywhere) but hard to find anything remotely healthy in restaraunts/pubs.
Also, their "coffee" is awful.
