Top and LHS Panels

Got hail damage on my cars LHS and want to fix it. Can any one suggest me or guide me how to remove the panel and remove the dents... (Subaru liberty 2.5i my08 dimand gray) and also let me know if any one got panels to sell I am from Perth. 
