Right where to start. Aside from I'm no mechanic and a noob with the set up.
Bought my bg legacy knowing it didn't boost correctly and hoped it would be a simple fix.
It wasn't.
The list.
Both turbo's were rebuilt prior to purchase, receipts to prove.
All vacuum lines have been mapped to correct points.
Turbo's have both been out and tested and work fine.
Bbod was bypassed and issue persisted.
Ecv and intake sensors were checked for operation and no probs there.
There has been more done but can't think of exactly what off the top of my head.

Power shut off at positive boost point

More problems!
Took my car from the mechanics today (unfinished) and as soon as the car hit 1 psi it felt like someone had pulled on the hand brake or something. Ideas please anyone? Also the secondary had been disconnected when I bought it, when my mechanic connected it I lost my primary too. Playing with the idea the solenoid box is all up the shit. Can't find
all info on the set up including diagrams etc. Even subaru promptly told me they can't help as it is a Jim spec import and all. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
