Hey guys new here 
Need some tips on trying to remove a scratch from my rear bumper.
So when I bough the car 6 months ago it came with this...

Now i've been living with it, but lately its really getting to me 
If I really scratch at it with my finger it starts to come of a little, just wondering if anyone had some good ideas for trying to remove it? buffing? idk?
