The B4 brakes have larger diameter rotors on both the front and the rear.

 

that and also the rear brake go from a solid disk to a ventilated disk.

if it helps, i paid $300 for a full leather interior in my RX Gen3 including door cards. loved it, just wish the seats weren't so slippery and held me in a bit more.
