So its been a while since I sold my old gen 3 liberty, and you could say I have missed it, even considering I have had a 04 wrx and still have my drift lib since then.

 

So my addiction kicked back in when this stock as a rock single owner lib popped up for $500 i couldn't pass it up. 

With some minor damage which im fixing quickly.

I have got massive plans for it, you can basicly say there will not be a nut or bolt left untouched by the time I'm happy with it

I want to build it so its a very quick daily, as i am a mechanic / tuner i want to push my abilities and see what a H6 can do.

 

 

so the plans for the liberty are as following:

 

Engine:

EZ36 worked, stroked and turbo'd (yea i want some power)

Custom wtaic setup in the intake manifold.

 

Driveline:

Sti 6 speed

 

Brakes:

RB racing brakes (6 piston fronts, 4 piston rears)

 

Suspension and Handling:

Coilovers (maybe MCA's or BC's)

Everything fully adjustable 

Semi Slicks

 

Interior:

Bride bucket seats

remove the rear seats

STI black out dash (300km/hr)

Ipad or something similar like my old lib in the dash.

 

Exterior:

want something different, either an outback body kit or blitzen kit, or maybe even a bit of both.

Yep you are right on the money, i got it from shine imports and its off a blitzen, also have the grill as well im still considering a mix and match of outback and blitzen body parts for the lib

I have thought about them, and honestly i am still doing my research, but to put in perspective to what level of build i am going to, the only stock things i will buy are the block (bare) and heads (bare) everything else will be done by myself, and i am also going to build about 3 of the same motors at the same time, so i have the play room incase i make a mistake and blow one up im not looking for a standard 6 or 8 psi i am talking 20psi daliy so about 600hp daily

so yea i ended up getting the blitzen front bar as well as mine was stuffed. the bar needs a little attention, which it will get soon enough

So just a little update on the very little progress.

 

Because of the previous crash damage the bottom and top rad supports were mangled and in need of replacing, this obviously needed to be done before i start throwing power into the chassis.

 

you may be able to see how bent the bottom rad support was, nothing too bad tho

 

and the car naked with its front end off

 

If anyone knows of where any outback front guards, sideskirt is rear flares are, could they please point me in the direction

 

hopefully the next update will be something a lot more interesting

so finally got my hands on the outback kit i want, just need to mod them and get them painted so the car is one colour finally

So just a little update ive got some goodies coming from japan land, hopefully they wont be much longer and ive sighted my gen4 lib donor car with the H6 and driveline, just need to get it here. so hopefully wont be long until some power updates!

 

so ill be ditching the plastic manifold and making a wtaic with itb's
