Hi guys,

I'm heading up to Lismore for the weekend to check out a car, just wondering if anyone can help with somewhere I can work on a car in Lismore. Must be flat and relatively dry haha

Also suggestions on public areas that are suitable will be considered.

Cheers,
Myles

What exactly do you intend to "work" on?

could always just take some car ramps up...like plastic lightweight ones and roll it up on them in a park carpark or something?

Or if the persons any bit decent or legit, you could always have a look at their place?

Haha replace a gearbox... Apparently he lives on the side of a hill. I'm just getting some rough ideas because if all else fails I'll use a truck stop or empty car park... I have all the tools just need the space. Haha (I'm not that crazy I swear)

Matt - I presume sequence is

1/ look at car with forked gearbag

2/ purchase bargain because PO basing sale price on replacement by mechanic

3/ find dodgy place to replace gearbag

4/ profit
