Tbh. I'd go a shit kickers job in 6 months time If nothing pops up. I need a break from the normal 9-5 Desk job. It's doing my head in.

As for the other thing that's brewing. Genuinely can't even say what it is. Wether I get it or not. apart from its a mechanical design job in ingleburn.

I think it's good to take a step back once i a while, you just need to be care it won't effect future jobs. Is there any call for a freelance engineering/design type work? This way you remain in the industry but work on your terms.

I hope you get the brewing job. :)

A little bored today so I am playing 'Annoy the crap out of dodgy eBay sellers'.

:)

How the fork can you claim 'low power consumption' and 'high power 48w' at the same time for an indicator globe?

48w is over double the amperage of the std globe!

Ohms law cubt

It was damn insane. It looked like a blanket of snow in Stanmore/Enmore/Newtown. Luckily I was at Eastgardens at the time and simply moved my car from outside to undercover parking.

No its not the monotony that makes it a cubt,(In my position I'm doing something different nearly every day) Its the fact it is just an extremely physical job. Im 27 and been doing it for a bit over 10 yrs and my body is near forked, yes I did have some existing problems from playing footy. But the only fitter/machinists I know that are 40 and over that don't have problems are the full time machinist that stand at a lathe/mill all day everyday.

Don't get me wrong, its a great trade to have under your belt but have a good think about it if you want it as a career.
