So much to do. Just want this thing to br bullet proof. Though, in the year or so I've had it, this is the first thing that's really gone wrong with it. Dave did a good job of freshening it up and giving it a new lease if life while he had it in Japan. Not much can be said about the previous 2 Aus owners though...

Okay,
The new radiator is the same as what's used on the Liberty B4, so it's identical to mine except it has an extra radiator cap with an overflow hose attachment.
I have illustrated the differences.
What pressure does the extra cap need to be, and second, can I just tee the now extra radiator overflow line into the existing overflow line?

If you're looking for a cooler, I believe Bram on ozfoz was selling a near-new 10 row Derale for $75 shipped. OzFoz is down, but he'll be on perth-wrx.com as well.

My Rev A cut had no in guard filter but my Rev D does with sport shift tranny. Extra trans cooler was supplied with factory tow package and hayman reese kits. I'd run at least the same pressure radiator cap as your header tank. Hose can be t'pieced, no issue there.
Ah yes, mine has the Subaru towbar, so mine received the tow kit.
