Next week is my last week off, but I have a metric fork load of prep to do for the following week.
Feb is going to be busy for me, good thing too as not working since mid November is wearing a bit thin.

If I told you I was a compulsive liar, would you believe me?

Yeah I found myself getting well bored after 3-4 weeks off, and ended up going back to work early lol

It's 8:27am and I've finished my work for the day.

I put up with people from amnesty, red cross and now the cancer council almost daily hounding me!! Throw in the greens, green peace, unhcr, save the forking children and I've well and truly hit my limit for the number of fuckstains wanting me to sign something or give money. Seriously cubts,  :fork: right off.

Morning.

The heavens have opened down here.

I was planning a ride with the kids around the Pt Nepean fort and quarantine station. If the rain eases I might just take the car, if not it's looking like a day in.

Did you start at 0825? :P

Haha pretty much.

Nah, the boss is awesome, and lets us pick our own hours, so I normally do like 7:30 - 4ish

Yeah, he's awesome like that. He's like "Look, if there is work to do, I expect you do it, and go hard, but if there isn't, then just come in and leave whenever"

That would be great for staff moral. Most managers I have worked with would never do that.

In TAFE staff have set days where they are free to work 'self directed', but most took this to be 'on holidays'.

Now they complain that they are being overworked.

Yep, this place has probably the highest staff happiness and engagement, even over NAB. I think he has hit the nail on the head.

So I assume low staff turnover?

Yep, most accountants here have been here for 8-15 years.

Im actually a bit bored too. Nothing to do here while its raining.

I hate being bored, normally its easy for me to find something to do.

I am so bored, I literally just read a paper on how exo-planets are formed using gravitational orbits and varying degrees of escape velocities of the particles that help form planets.

Im polishing the RB.

Clay bars can fork right off...

I should be working on the RX.

I sold it to a mate before Xmas but it's still in my driveway.

Need to do a few things to get it up to scratch.
