I've got training today and for the rest of the week. Such an easy week for me. Get to sit on my arse watching a video conference/classroom thing. Two hot girls too; one of Italian background giving me some small talk and another that is pretty decent, work in a Melbourne branch and comes across as an innocent person. Bet it's a different story in bed.

Training is for performing applications over the phone instead of purely inbound traffic. Gives me another avenue for sales. So many scripts and shit you've gotta read before you even do an application.

In a good or bad way?

 

The branch in North Sydney is quiet on foot traffic. The only time it really does pick up (and quick) is around the lunch time mark and dies down a little, but stays consistent, until the end of the day. The other two colleagues have been trained and just kill it with sales. I've been able to meet most of my targets so far this quarter but having another means would be of great benefit. It puts me in a good place for the beginning of next quarter which starts on the first of April.

 

Anything I get over the phone now has to be referred to a colleague when it comes to the customer applying which sucks. 9 times out of 10 they put it under my name but it doesn't happen often on inbound branch calls (we're not allowed to give out our direct number).
