I just resprayed BlueKong's roof last week & It's the same blue as yours. Damn those blue cars. It wasn't as big a pain as I thought it would be.

Mine is worth more than twice as much wrapped around a tree.

 

If I traded it on a minimum trade deal of say $3k. I'd save myself the cost of a respray, putting it on CarSales, rego in August, the stress, and once I've sold off my CS9's (with 90% RE003's) and other goodies here.. I'd probably break even on its actual market value.

 

I'm estimating a cost of about $800-900 for just the roof, scoop and that strip. To make it all shiny again. But I haven't gone for quotes yet.

Yeah trade in can be worth it. People whinge about low trade in prices but it's hassle free.
